Its all about te game.
Microsoft have made quite an impact this gen. There was no way Sony thought the 360 would outsell them in Japan for one day yet alone a month and be up there in the rest of the world fighting for the top spot.
Sony needs to realise that there name alone might not sell it next time round. Microsoft has come on leaps and bounds in the console world and Sony have let them do it.
Nice to get new cars but like the guy above me need private slots/ friend invites. I haven't played it for ages because of this very reason. Whenever i race online its just full of idiots. Sort it out so i can race me mates, oh and damage please, oh and more tracks.

I like the game but it will make an awful movie.

Uncharted is a good game but less face it theres not a lot of depth to the story or characters... thats why its a game not a movie.

As for Resi.. i don't think thats ever been scary like silent hill, maybe the first one was but the other resi's were more hunt and shoot.
Single player is very important. I like multiplayer if if all games were multi player i wouldn't buy another console. I like a story in my games.
Thats true but its the speed the ps3 deals with that data from blue ray hence why they mention bottle necks.
Its a stupid article though, the ps3 like the xbox360 have good and bad points. Fact is they have great games so why nit pick about ram and data speeds. Its not going to change anything.
I must say the articles idea of a ram add on is the stupidist thing ever.

I think the blue ray is great if under user but the cell although a good chip has made programming for it a pain in the rear.
same goes for 360.. thats easy to program but would have benifited from the extra blue ray storage.
same as last gen when the xbox had a bulit in hardrive but was never really used due most of the development being done on ps2. roles are now reversed somewhat.
Hopefully next gen we will have blue ray on both and easy programmi...
Yeah thats why its taking so long. when compared to big games like Halo and gears that have over 300 staff its amazing that its coming at all.

There exactly the same. Colour is turned up a little on the ps3 screen but part from that there the same.

Im really looking forward to this but now don't know what to think. The reviews are all over the place. i live in england and its not out here for a couple of weeks yet so can someone here whos actually played it let me know what they think.
A friend of mine has gone through 3 xbox's but won't even consider buying a Ps3. Theres nothing on it he wants to play he says. And the ones that he likes are multi format. He's into Mass Effect, gears and Forza and the like os GT and MGS don't do it for him so i guess i can understand it.
Just depends on what you like i guess.
Thats a good deal. why would a parent buy a ps3 for her kids when they could get em a premium each for the same price. I reckon Sony will find it hard this christmas if they don't drop the price.
